Hello Traders,
We are sorry to inform you that the Tirgus Exchange will be shutting down on July 31, 2010.
We have not grown enough with regard to active traders over the past year to continue. Nor are we generating enough traffic to support the minor costs of operating the exchange through our advertising. While we appreciate the participation of our current active trader base, there is not enough of a growth trend to continue operations.
We have discussed changes to the current model, with a real money exchange at the top of the list. However, without legal certainty, we are not in a position to risk our personal freedom nor having our traders funds frozen.
We'd like to thank all our traders for their support and participation.
