Registration Agreement

By registering, you agree to the following:

Through your use of Tirgus, you have the ability as you register to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

After you register and login to Tirgus, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the Tirgus administration team determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable. With the accepting of this agreement you acknowledge that your profile must be completely and accurately filled out prior to any execution of trades on Tirgus. The system will not allow the execution of any trades without a complete member profile and acknowledgment and agreement to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Registration agreement. It is also with this information that the Tirgus team will deliver any prizes you may be awarded during game play.

Please note that on each transaction, your IP address is recorded. Only one account is allowed per individual and per IP address. All uses of accounts accessed from identical IP addresses will be logged and investigated. If in the determination of the Tirgus administration team that two or more people are accessing the same account, or one person is accessing multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed with no further discussion and a loss of all winnings. In the event that you need to be banned from this site your ISP will also be contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. There is an automatic logout after 10 minutes of inactivity to protect your account’s privacy. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

By accepting this registration agreement, you also acknowledge that you must read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use as they relate to Tirgus.
