What am I trading?
Unlike typical stocks, virtual shares are not actual ownership of a particular team. Rather Tirgus sports virtual shares are non-expiring contracts that entitle share holders to dividends based upon the performance of the team represented by these shares. They derive their value in a couple of different ways.
First would be from on the field performance. The better the team does in the win/loss column, the more dividends they will payout over the course of a season.
The second one would be from their off field acquisitions. Some of these acquisitions will help one team while they could hurt another teams on field performance for the upcoming or current season.
Things such as ticket sells, TV revenue and merchandise sales have no effect on Tirgus sports virtual shares value. This is not to say that such items could not have an effect on the value in the future.
The main use of our virtual shares will be to provide a vehicle for which everyone can have the thrill of owning a stake in a particular sporting event with the ability to move their virtual investment, at the right price, when their interests change.
